The South East Coastal Drive

Where time is on your side - time for sightseeing - time for heritage - time for fun

The South East Coastal Drive follows the South East coastline from Wexford Town in the east to Ardmore, Co. Waterford in the west, crossing the Waterford Estuary between Passage East and Ballyhack. This coastal area is known throughout the world for its rich vein of heritage sites, tranquil villages, breathtaking scenery and warm hospitality.

The route, which is clearly signposted by the colourful South East Coastal Drive Signposts, travels along quiet rural and coastal roads, linking rural and coastal villages and heritage attractions. There is also a selection of suggested excursions from the drive, to note, the villages of Kilmore Quay and Stradbally and the signposted drives of the Ring of the Hook and the Barrow Drive.
